for us, being "plural" means that there is more than one consciousness in our body, and a "system" is just a group of people that share the body.

it is not as scary as it sounds or is shown in popular culture, and it is not nearly as rare.

some estimates have about 1.5% of global population diagnosed but as high as 7% of the population living undiagnosed or in hiding.

being plural is more often than not a trauma response and for us it would be appreciated if the questions were kept to a minimum.

it's OK to be curious but not OK to be callous and disregard what we have gone through, is all.
